Dennis
.........has been involved in the building industry since 1970. As an architectural design and documentation draftsman, builder, project administrator and manager, he has demonstrated a wide range of skills and knowledge which equip him to take projects from design brief to completion with the confidence to produce a quality product.
.........brings to any project his expertise in client liaison, documentation, construction detailing, co-ordination of processes, team leadership, on-site inspections and passion for quality delivery. He has an excellent knowledge of building regulations, building techniques and technologies, together with efficient project administration skills.
Together with his experience as a sole-trading builder, documentation and project management of new and altered buildings such as Primary and Secondary Schools, Government Offices, High-rise department stores, Police stations, Gaols, Aged Care facilities, Churches, has established Dennis in the industry with a vast amount of experience across all facets of building, from design feasibility to building completion.
